Items shaded grey means name is not known or is not confirmed. Light grey is where only the initials are known.
Dark grey is where there is no certainty about the name/initials as newspaper reports give too many variations.

There is no line up available for the match against Nunhead played 28th April 1938 and no players mentioned in any reports found.

Abbott- It is not known what his given name was but during his time at K's he was referred to as "Dickie".
Ayling- An ancestry search indicates the possibility of his first name being James as he was born in King's Road and was about the right age, however no other
evidence has been found to confirm this with any degree of certainty.
Baldwin- There is no evidence of his first name being mentioned during his time at Kingstonian. He was always called by his nickname of "Stanley" after
the Prime Minister of that name. Research into ancestry records indicates his first name was Richard.
Clarke- Often given the initials L.A. during his time at the club, however three home programmes from 1938-1939 season list him as L.G.
Pitt- Based on ancestry records it appears he is called John but there is no certainty about this and no mention of him being known as John during his period at the club.
Thirlaway- An ancestry search indicates his given names were Alan Cranston but it is not known what he was commonly known as during his time at the club.
Tunaley- An ancestry search indicates his given names were Henry Noel but it is not known what he was commonly called during his period at the club.
Van Der Eb- A mention was made of him being called Peter in a war time football report. His initials were M.J. so this is likely to be a nickname for the Dutch player.
Webber- Given various initials in his two seasons at the club including C.C and C but A.C seems the more likely.
